The demonstrations of the "yellow vests" could have caused difficulties in the detection of vehicles carrying electronic toll badges (Liber-t) at motorway exit, which could have resulted in the billing of TLPC (most expensive journey).

To avoid these inconveniences, our teams eliminated these TLPC during the periods of demonstrations.

If, however, you notice an error on your bill, we urge you to contact your electronic toll badge issuer in order to obtain regularization.

Reasons for contesting the payment:

  1. You lent or rented your vehicle? Send us the appeal slip (counterfoil detached from the bottom of the payment request), specifying the surname, name, sex, date of birth, address and driving licence number of the person who was driving or probably driving the vehicle, as well as, where applicable, a copy of the hire contract.
  2. In the event of theft, destruction, sale or transfer of ownership of the vehicle, fraudulent use of vehicle number plate: it is essential that you attach to the appeal slip the acknowledgement of the formal declaration of theft, copy of the certificate of destruction, copy of the declaration of ownership transfer and the correlating record in the vehicle registration system.
  3. On any other grounds: Send us the appeal slip, with a letter and supporting documents.

Motorway toll charges take into account the vehicle category. To enable us to examine your request, we will need your receipt number and the amount paid inclusive of VAT. NB: if you have paid your toll in cash, we will be unable to edit a duplicate of your receipt.

When you pay for several journeys at the toll gate with your bank card, Sanef and Sapn combine your payments in a single direct debit. Dates for the start and end of the period combining the journeys are detailed in the direct debit description.

Not enough money or bank card forgotten? Not being able to pay the toll, it can happen. We then establish a notification of non-payment.

To regularize your situation, it's simple:
