Covid-19 crisis: reimbursement of the toll for healthcare workers

If you are a healthcare workers, for journeys made on the Sanef and Sapn motorways during the health emergency period from March 17 to July 10, you have until November 1 to submit your reimbursement request.

Motorway toll charges take into account the vehicle category. It is the overall height of your vehicle that determines the price category to be applied. To enable us to examine any errors regarding the toll charge, please indicate your receipt number and the amount paid inclusive of VAT.

The amount deducted from your bank account does not correspond to the amount detailed on your receipt.
When you use your card several times, the Sanef Group combines in a single direct debit all the payments made at toll gates between Tuesday and the following Monday.

The reasons to dispute a payment notice:

  1. You have loaned or leased your vehicle. Send us the protest card (cut it at the bottom of the payment advice) specifying the surname, given name, sex, date and place of birth, address and driver's license number of the person who was driving or was likely to drive the vehicle and, where applicable, the copy of the rental agreement.
  2. In the event of theft, destruction, sale or transfer of a vehicle, the theft of a license plate : imperatively attach to the protest card the receipt for the filing of a complaint for theft, the copy of the receipt of receipt for destruction of the vehicle or copies of the declaration of assignment of the vehicle and its registration receipt in the vehicle registration system).
  3. For any other reason  : send us the   protest card, along with a letter and supporting documents.
Your receipt indicates TLPC (“Trajet Le Plus Cher”, the Most Expensive Journey) as you were not able to present your entry ticket when exiting the motorway.
Kindly prepare the ticket that you have since found so that the Sanef Group can deal with your request.

In order for us to deal with your request, please provide the following information:
Motorway staff assisted.

  • Attach a copy of the invoice for breakdown recovery services or any other document that was given to you.
  • Specify the date and time of the event.
  • Explain what happened, attach photographs of damage sustained.
  • Documentary proof of going through the toll gate (receipt, subscription number, or the first 4 numbers and last 4 numbers of the bank card used).
  • A copy of the vehicle registration document.

Another situation:

  • Provide any information that will enable us to pinpoint where the event took place (motorway, in which direction you were travelling, a point of reference or landmark on the motorway, the name of a rest area or a motorway exit).
  • Specify the date and time of the event
  • Explain what happened, attach photographs of damage sustained
  • Information certifying your presence on the motorway (receipt, subscription number, or the first 4 numbers and last 4 numbers of the bank card used).
  • A copy of the vehicle registration document.

a / your badge or pass was not detected
The non-detection of your electronic toll badge or your Sanef label is often linked to incorrect positioning on the windshield, or to badges held in the hand. It is essential to place them in the right place, on the athermal area of your windshield, which is materialized by small black dots. Usually this area is near the center mirror.

Holding your badge in your hand can work while stopped at a conventional toll barrier, but not at 50 km/h where the antenna does not have enough time to detect you. If you actually held your badge in your hand, your complaint will not be taken into account and you will have to pay for your passage(s) online. To regularize these passages, you can pay here by entering your license plate.

b/ your Liber-t tag or your pass was detected but it was not valid
Sometimes an invalid Liber-t tag or pass cannot be accepted when passing under the toll gate, even if it has been detected. If you have made your pass inactive on your "My Account" space for example, or if your prepaid pass no longer has a sufficient balance to pay the toll passage, your pass is not valid.
To regularize this (these) passage(s), you can pay here by entering your license plate.

This letter gives you additional time to pay for your passages. You just need to pay online for transactions associated with your vehicle.
  • You have not passed through the Boulay toll gate
You can submit your request using the form below, indicating the day and time of the passage mentioned in our letter as well as your license plate number.

You just need to go to the online payment of your payment advice (take the number indicated on your mail).
 
  • You have not passed through the Boulay toll gate
The payment notice is sent once the infraction has been noted by an accredited agent, confirming the identified license plate.
If this registration is yours, you can file a complaint with the police authorities on the basis of this payment advice. Then you must return your complaint to us with the letter of the payment advice.
If this registration refers to a vehicle that you have sold, you can dispute the payment advice by following the procedure on the back of the document.
