Société des Autoroutes Paris-Normandie (SPAN), a subsidiary more than 99% owned by Sanef, was created in 1963 and obtained a motorway concession for the Ile de France and Normandy. It handles the maintenance and management of 368-km network, which includes the A13, the A14 and the A29, serving three regions : Upper Normandy, Lower Normandy and the western part of the Ile de France.
